My fast day is over, how nice to have it done on a Wednesday for a change. I do feel a lot better for it, though do allow myself a few more cals on a fast day now if I want.
Best wishes to those of you still finishing your day!
I have to confess that I at @carieoates's inadvertentcarieoates wrote: I've only gone and eaten a whole bag of thorntons toffee...Completely forgot I was fatsing today. Mind on other things.
which is entirely appropriate for a whole bag of Thorntons toffee (unless they do 25g bags that I don't know about) I trust that you enjoyed it down to the last sticky gloop?fatsing
The broth was good. As long as nothing untoward occurs, I'll be finishing out the day on <350kcals.
to those with more hours to go or who are about to be led astray by memory.
I'd have you know I'm world famous for my typos. Thank the Lord they are editable here.
I was also chewing for medical reasons as I've been diagnosed with a (parotid) salivary gland obstruction. Apparently when I eat it aids my gland drainage, Not such a great way for me to reduce my swelling as I will then get new swellings else where, in the form of belly, bum and thighs.
Chewing gum now at the ready.
