Hi, I am in too. I have recovered from my Christmas excess weight by doing two fasts this week and I am now at the top end of my maintenance range again, however I want to be planted firmly in the middle before I go back to 5:2.

Best wishes for the kneee and successful physiotherapy.

I'm in today as it's Friday so it's one of my regular 4:3. I'm pleased this week is almost over. :)

Thanks @SSure, gym went well and I'm feeling very positive

Number 3 this week for me too. Not hungry but just had some butternut squash soup in case the munchies get me later and make me eat something very unsuitable

Have lost 2lb of festivity over indulgence since Saturday which brings me down to 1lb under target. Bring on the wiggle room

Just goes to show that this woe works :victory:

My last day of fat fasting this week - I am 7lb down since Monday so very happy bunny.

Looking forward to a nice big juicy steak tomorrow!

@RedRobin get well soon! Sorry about the injury.

Good day for all of you I hope :victory: Mine went very well. Had 25 hours eating pause even because I was out with my bike on that storm and it took me much longer to get home safe... and I was soaking wet, too  Thus I ate at 7 p.m.

I will have my next weigh-in at 31st so I do not know what the scale would say. I got none at home and go to a pharmacy to weigh and get the result printed. Maybe I will be too impatient and go Saturday next week...

Have a wonderful evening.

210 calories today, 24 hour fast managed, fish+veg eaten, I'll eat again late tomorrow morning.
Hoping the scales look smiley :0)

@mahalo eating pause? Nice. Think you're the first to coin that phrase here. Love it and hope it catches on :like:

I've also completed my third fast of the week today. Hope I sleep better tonight. Onwards and downwards fellow fasters.

Wrapping up a third fast for the week! Usually I skip lunch but today a little tomato soup saved me from going totally off the rails.
Experimenting with ADF while I get back on track after two months off and so far so good! :like:

My 3rd fast of my regular 4:3 is now into its dwindling hours (breakfast on Saturday). Rough day. Not appetite-related but rough enough that I'm glad it's over. :)

hi hi maybe it is because German is my mother tongue. Sometimes I just translate without being sure whether you can say it that way in English...
