Doodle wrote: Morning all :) I'm in for today as swapped from yesterday as we went out to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Feel like I never have to eat again, to be honest. (OK - ask me again in 10 hours!?!)
 4 hours now Doodle, how do you feel?!

Actually feeling great! Just had mint tea while my daughter had a delicious looking ham and emmental croissant in Starbucks, and I didn't even want a taste!

Hope your cravings have subsided now :)

I'm doing Ok... Hubby and son are eating lots of Oreos though which is not helping!!
This is my first ever Saturday fast. Fasted last Monday whilst holidaying on Queen Mary 2 - so proud of myself - and today is the first other opportunity I've had. Not finding it too bad as have had a week of indulgence (apart from Monday). On Monday 12th i will have completed twelve weeks of 5:2 - haven't had spectacular weight losses but have had an endless stream of eating opportunities and am still weighing less than when I started. I really love this way of eating. For the first time in my life I feel in control and "normal"
I'm in on my first fast day. Harder than I thought but I'm chilling out this afternoon - on a busy work day it won't be so difficult. I hope. Sucking the water down and a mug of Pukka licorice and cinnamon tea tastes like chocolate!

That sounds amazing!

I'm fasting today. Normally I've been doing Monday/Thursday, but the past two weeks I've had to switch it up due to vacation and starting student teaching.
You can be strong Miss Lemon keep busy it helps and sip a drink of water no cal tea maybe
