Fasting today?

Every day there will be a new topic in this forum for today's fasters to chat & support each other.

I felt really faint around lunch time so had a miso soup (20 cals) with a teaspoon of coconut oil (40 cals).
Now I am going to try and make it until supper time ( although i do have a boiled egg with me just in case).
Any hunger busting tips for the afternoon anyone?

oh my gosh..... excellent idea... I'm flagging at the moment, but I have enough calories for a coffee n coconut oil :victory: THANK YOU!!!!
I am hungry as well. I have brought a slice of bread and some ham to work with me. I know its there if I want it. If it wasnt there I'd be out looking for it. Its a mind thing with me. I also have a low fat yoghurt just in case. Have managed so far to ignore. I am on my third cup of coffee to take the hunger away. I have 2 hours 20 mins left at work. Then hours drive home. By the time I get my dinner tonight it will be 6.00. Then probably have a bath. Maybe do a bit of ironing then have an early night.
We are fasting today as well.

chichi. A little butter too with that coconut oil makes your coffee lush. That's how I do my liquid fast days. Others put cream in :cool:
After a week of non-stop eating, I am determined to fast today, the last day of the week for me. Tomorrow have to step on the scale. Yikes!!! Let's see what the scale says tomorrow, do not want to see the number. Have all a great fast day.

Im in too, wasnt planning on fasting today but my bf asked me this morning if its a fast day or not and I had no reason for it not to b. Rather get it out of the way early in the week lol. I also did have 3 quest bars last night right before bed instead of just one so I shouldnt have too hard of a time with the fast today haha
