I had a coffee blended with tsp of coconut oil ( 40 cals) for breakfast- so delicious - the secret lies in blending rather than stirring.
I felt really faint around lunch time so had a miso soup (20 cals) with a teaspoon of coconut oil (40 cals).
Now I am going to try and make it until supper time ( although i do have a boiled egg with me just in case).
Any hunger busting tips for the afternoon anyone?

oh my gosh..... excellent idea... I'm flagging at the moment, but I have enough calories for a coffee n coconut oil THANK YOU!!!!
