My day is nearly done, some vegetable soup (homemade) for a late lunch and a portion of my quorn chilli and Slim Rice for dinner.
It hasn't been too difficult apart from feeling terribly cold all day. I'm now really looking forward to a mug of low cal hot choc in bed embarrassingly soon.
The day is almost over. I will make it :)
I have to admit that I have been feeling very sorry for myself today, but still I didn't give in.
I am happy to notice that I no longer feel as cold on fastday as I used to.
Well it's nearly 9pm and I must admit today has gone much better than expected

Ive done well so far; I had nothing to eat until dinner which was salmon and veggies unfortunately slathered in butter but it could have been worse. I'm almost back to my hotel and I'm going to walk past the bar and head straight to bed with a herbal tea

:-)
