I crashed at 2 pm and had lunch with the family. Couldn't resist fresh bread and ham.

  hugs   @sallyo
I thought I would wake up this morning not wanting to fast, but I certainly do. So I'm in :like:
Dear Sallyo, I hope the cry eased your anguish a little. I do that too lol. There is always some little bit of life that breaks us. I hope its temporary. x
I have decided to fast today. Two days of eating and drinking has made me feel quite crap! Woke up feeling a bit sick. It might be stress or just too much food lol.
Happy Fasting everyone xxx
hugs to sallyo
not in today although it's usually one for me. I'm back at work tomorrow and working through until after the New Year, so it's back to normal for me then.
Good luck to everyone fasting today
and hugs to anone who's feeling a bit fragile for whatever reason.
Hugs to Sally. from me. If 16.8 is still classed as a fast, I'm doing it every day, but of course may TDEE will be exceeded. Off to my sisters for Boxing Day buffet today.
Oh well, Sally, there's always another time - hope you enjoyed the rest of your day!
I am in today thank goodness I woke up this morning with major indigestion (I thought I was having a heart attack) so nothin but green tea all day. I may have a small prawn salad this evening but if I still feel like this I may have nothing. [tag] Sallyo/tag] It is :clover:  so sad that children (of any age) don't seem to realise that they are an important part of your being. Hope things improve.
sorry I can't do that @thing.
I'm not fasting today but after having the last 2 chunks of the stollen for breakfast with a latte - I am skipping lunch and just having scampi and sweet potato wedges for tea tonight. I mainly drank champaign and the Bailey's yesterday - so today I'm just sticking to non alcoholic beverages! Hope everyone had a fab Xmas xx
Good Morning count me in :coffee: good luck everyone. :clover:
Hello peeps! I hope everyone is enjoying a lovely Christmas...

Me and OH are both in today, although we're invited to a neighbour's party this evening so I'm not sure if we'll hold out

Managed not to overeat yesterday but tomorrow's the big Xmas dinner with all the step kids... yikes

Good luck to all Festive Fasters ... :clover: :clover: :clover:
Did it, surprised as been doing 16:8 but no traumas. Good to have some control, though not too much.

Having had Chissy dinner out sitting with ladies with eating issues, this WOE is so good for me, relaxed restrictions without deprivation.
Me too. It was wonderful just to eat a healthy salad today.
@Wendydarling if this doesn't work again I will try again thanks for advice. :like:
