It's the first time I feel that and it's not a good feeling...at all...

When I have a salad, I always add grated raw garlic to it. Apparently, it takes forever for the stomach to digest it and I feel full for longer. Only if I don't have someplace to be though; I'd hate killing people with my breath.
I don't have fresh garlic but I'll try with a yogurt (after the salad I have around 300 calories left) I have abricots but there is too many carbs in them, I can't risk it
