Oh yes! And how thoughtful of you @CandiceMarieto host and welcome our buddies who normally lead us out.
I'm in today. Gambatte, Thursday fasters!
I'm in as well. Scale has finally made a jump back down following Xmas and injury after a few weeks of good fasting and exercise.(yay!) Feeling strong and motivated. Even did 45 min HIIT at "lunch" and will try to squeeze in some weights before dinner. Good luck all!

Waving to everyone...I'm in too! Doing really well today and I anticipate a weight loss eventually, of possibly no more than what I put on after Christmas; but maybe more. Maybe.

I'm sticking to this 5:2 like gum to a shoe!

Hello everybody

I was doing so very well until about an hour ago, I am making a lasagna and the smell of the sauce got too much for me and had some in a small bowl - it's tomato based, with meat and chopped vegies, and it was delicious.

I am also day three without grains and sugar and I feel less bloated - now to keep it this way. Trying to be very strict and to stick to Paleo as much as possible. Tonight whilst the family are having the Lasagna I will just have the salad, as I have already had the 'meat'!!!!

Moved a lot yesterday to compensate my nut-attacks (should rename myself into squirrel maybe :grin: ).

I'm in on Thursday as usual, even though I fasted yesterday to make up for Monday. First time I've had only one day between. I could switch to Friday, but past experience tells me I really miss having a beer on Friday night. :oops:
Man, I'm really struggling today. I'm SO hungry and it's not quite 5pm here. I need to hang on until 5:30 so I can go home for an early dinner. I'll try water. I have no spare calories today.
I'm here, I'm late!! Just had my fast day dinner and will have some fruit and yoghurt later.
I hope everyone is having as a good a fast day as I am :grin:
Was about to post this when I saw your post @MaryAnn. That's normally me on a Thursday fast, hang in there.

Today I am okay so far yet it is only 9 a.m. 9,5 hours to go until dinner's salmon and spinach.

I'm in today. I ended up at about 700 cals on monday so today going to try and stick to 500. Will have baked egg and spinach for dinner later at about 5.30 as we are off to Eldest's school tonight for parent's evening.
I'm fasting today not looking forward to it for some reason :oops: weigh in day tomorrow so I must be good.

Final fast day of the week and having a day off the gym because my poor legs are really feeling the running I've been doing doing! Tomorrow is weigh in day, so I'm going to be good today and sip lots of peppermint tea throughout the day.

I am in today as well.... Wasn't planned but woke up not hungry and a bit stressed so it's a good excuse for it to become a fast. The only thing I don't look forward to is the cold I will feel all day long.... :bugeyes:
