second fast of the week for me, hope everybody is doing ok!

good luck to all the Friday fasters!!

i am new to the diet and to the forum, i will be interested to see how this goes but dont think i will be fasting on a friday, good luck to those who are

It does seem to be an unpopular day for fasting!

I'm here, getting hungry which doesn't usually happen until lunchtime, uh oh. Lots of fruit tea for me today!

The boyfriend and I did a Bodybalance class at the gym yesterday and he told me that my sports leggings looked too loose And that I should buy some new ones. Don't mind if I do!

After a shaky week, with many failed fasts, i have decided not to start again next week, but to start again today!
Just having a coffee and plan to stick to the tea (herbals) today until i have my dinner tonight

I'm in. Looking forward to it as I think I have been a bit obsessed with food this week and fasting was hard but I still managed it! Happy fasting everyone x

I'm with lulabella - went over yesterday, so back today! Unfortunately I'm heading to my mom's this evening, where diets go to die in a carb tsunami, so will just try to make it a 16:8.
