Well done Kawberlin! That's a brilliant feeling. :like: :like:

I'm not officially fasting today but I need to kick myself off this plateau and so I'm experimenting with a 16:8 today in addition to normal fast days Monday and Thursday. So no breakfast and planning to hold out until 2pm.

Good luck everyone - I get the feeling Weds isn't such a popular fast day? Whenever I check in on Monday or Thursday this thread is smoking!

I'm in my usual Wednesday 2nd of the week. It is raining here first time for what seems like months and I am just ready to go out for my couch 2 5k it will be interesting to see if it is easier with cool (cold) rain landing on me. we have been promised a blizzard later in the week, I will believe it when I see it. The weather people get carried away at times. good fasting all of you :clover:
I'm in, this is my second fast of the week. :coffee:
First fast of the week for me.It's not my usual day but I couldn't do it yesterday and monday so I had no choice. Everything is fine right now, had a black coffee, a black tea, water and tonight will have a light soup.

Good luck everyone :clover:
It going to be one of 'those' days today. I have some stale teacakes (English fruited buns) that I was going to toast for breakfast (even though I'm trying to avoid wheat again) before I remembered its a fast day. then I stood holding them persuading myself that its only a fast day and tomorrow I can use them up in a bread and butter pudding instead.
Its got rather chilly here, so a brisk walk is on the cards.
Hi, I'm in today as well, 2nd fast for me. i have been fasting Monday, wednesday and a half fast on friday (i don't eat until dinner at around 5pm). Feeling hungry now and 6 hours until dinner :frown: hope i last :starving:
How is everyone getting on?
It's a bit slow at work today and thinking about food a lot. Just made some peppermint tea, the dog has had his lunchtime walk and I am praying for a distraction!
About 7 hours to go before I have my one and only meal of veggie soup and a hard boiled egg! :starving:
Phew... Made it through the work lunch and all the biccies lying around... Nearly caved for a hobnob!!!!

Yay I resisted!!!!
Feel quite a bit of hunger today, which is not usual.Water, coffee or tea don't seem to calm it down, however I don't want to eat now or the fast will be lost so I'll keep busy for the next 4 hours....
Hi everyone!!!
This is my 2nd fast of the week, I'm 6 months in 4stone lighter and am starting to do 4:3 . Having read how some faster change things around a bit(4:3.....16/8) I thought I would also and am eager to see if this works better or just the same as what I've been doing.
Hope everyone's day is a success :-)
My neighbor called around and asked if I could go to the local auctions with her (she is Polish and the auctioneers talk too fast for her to keep up with the bidding) so my dinner should have been 6pm and ended up being 10 pm. Boy was I hungry by the time I got in.
Off to bed in a short while, its colder today, the weather is heading for winter, so it wasn't just me suffering with the cold today.
