Who else is in. Its only 50 minutes after midnight here, so I still have a sleep to go before my official fast day. But I'm in the mindset for it. Though that piece of cheese that i ate without looking at the clock was very naughty. I will be extra vigilant today and keep the calories down to compensate.

Have a good fasting day everyone who is joining in.
I'm in. Usually do Thursday but I plan to have coffee and cake with a girlfriend tomorrow. Four hours till dinner and it will be tomorrow in no time at all!
I'm in :like: I have training today and there's a lunch provided  I'm taking bouillon to have but I've caught myself trying to think up excuses as to why I'm not eating their lunch  why can't I just feel comfortable with saying it's a fast day :?:

Anyhoo, have a great day and fast :clover:
I am in for the second day of my 4:3 week. Feel totally terrible as had pizza last night and felt so bloated and uncomfortable all night - I am starting to wonder if I will ever learn? :frown:

So had little sleep and a long busy day ahead, may it please pass quickly and let me get back to bed!! xx
I'm in, I've decided to try for 3 fast days this week so Mon/Wed/Fri it is!

Good luck everyone!
I'm in, too. Struggling a bit today with a slight hangover. Had my afternoon miso a bit earlier than usual, and having some fruit tea now... For dinner I will have Mexican pizza. mmm
Totally with you on that Spanner, pizza gets me all the time too and I still feel bad in the morning!
8:30 and sipping my breakfast of Tetley's Lemon Green Tea.
8:45 here, already had a few cuppas plus a fruit tea and in the right mindset for a liquid fast day. Always am on a Wednesday, weird!

Totally chuffed because I fit into an old, smaller pair of jeans last night - what a confidence booster!
I'm in for my usual Wednesday fast, mine is a liquid fast day too
I'm in too - usual Weds fast. I always find them a bit harder than Monday for some reason, but then I am spurred on because tomorrow is my 'official' weigh in day and I'm always hoping to continue the downward trend. Plus I don't work on a Thursday so I get a blissful lie in.
I am in and back. I stopped fasting at the beginning of summer and could not get back into it. I hope I can get through today and start this wol again.
I'm with you in the Loversghost, Wednesdays are a lot harder for me too. Still it gets it over quickly for the week.
Today is my first fast day (I'm in Australia so several hours ahead if you're in the UK).
I found it hard this morning and thought I was going to fail by lunch time when I was preparing food for my children. However, I'm getting through it and have had only 175 cals so far and am very much looking forward to my small dinner later!
Good luck to you today!
I'm in too! I usually do Thursdays, but am out for lunch tomorrow. I may squeeze and extra fast in on Friday (even if it's not exactly 500 cals!!).
4lbs to go and 3 weeks to do it......
Good luck to everyone facing a fast day and hope our friends 'down under' have coped well x
