I am typically a Mon/Thur faster. Well, typically up until the holidays last month... but that's another story. Trying to get back into it strong in the new year. Yesterday's fast was derailed by impromptu breakfast "date" with hubby coming off the late shift.
Lots of challenges ahead in 2014, lots of change. So I'm committed to starting the year off right and solid in terms of my fasting so at least I'll have that foundation and control to face whatever else comes my way!
