Fasting Today...Friday 16 May!

Well I couldn't see it anywhere else so I guess I'm first in. Oh yes a Friday fast...what fun, eh? Actually I think I've bean lucky again. I overate yesterday (Angel Delight and a bag of Maltesers all to my little self) but I've only put on a pound. I'm hoping that after today's fast I will have finally reached my 10 stone something goal that I've had for what feels like years!

I'm in today for my last fast of the week- I've been trying low carb this week and I dropped to a new low yesterday of 93.5kg!! Its hard to low carb when I'm not cooking my own meals but I just tried to eat as little of it as possible :)

First fast of the week Daydreamer? Are you just doing one this week then or back to back? Are you maintaining at the moment?
Yes I'm there too. Hoping to get closer to my goal and blimey 12 days till my holiday.

Morning fellow Fridayers. I am with you today. I rather over enjoyed myself yesterday over lunch celebrating my son's birthday, so really need to be back on the 'straight and narrow' today!
The sun is out (which always helps) and I shall try and keep busy.

I'm in today too, normally fast on a Thursday but went out for a meal last night with friends! Managed to be good though considering it was an American Style diner with lots of deep fried yummy food!

My first week of 4:3 and therefore my first Friday fast. Might have to clean the flat tonight after my omelette to occupy myself!
Good luck @Lottie89. This fasting malarkey is great isn't it. Just think what a spotlessly clean flat you'll have by the end of today! Well done on your first 4:3. Maybe one day you could try ADF? :wink:
