Fasting today?

Am I the only one fasting today?

I have changed my fasting days as I have changed my working hours. I now work 4pm-8pm on a Friday so I have my 'dinner' at about 3pm which really suits me as that is when the hunger pangs are at their worst. Today I'm having a ham and egg salad. My only problem is when I come home from work and attack the kitchen cupboards, out of habit rather than hunger. Today I have been thinking ahead and plan a hot chocolate before I go to bed.
I should have been fasting today but did it yesterday - almost by accident! Good luck, @wildmissus, planning ahead is the key to a successful fast! :victory:
I too had to change fasting days, so I'm fasting today instead of Saturday. So far so good. I'm heading to the gym, then I will probably have a protein bar and that's it.
I've had my hot chocolate and that has filled me up. I feel quite pleased with myself today as I've stuck to my plan and I even walked to work and back. How did your day go @Callanthe
I just joined the forum today. I am doing the 8/16 while supporting it with the Fitteam Fit. I have been doing it since July and hit a plateau after losing 22 pounds. I am still losing inches though - lost 4 1/2 in the last month, but no weightloss! LOL! I haven't exercised yet either - so I'm going to have to start a walking program hoping to jumpstart my loss again. I am hoping to get more ideas here about menus and food combinations outside the Fit5 menu I have been doing.
