Fast day 3 done! I was hungry tonight because I got sidetracked and forgot to start cooking till late. And I was contemplating embarrassing myself by going back for seconds because it was delicious. But I gave myself 20 minutes to think about it and I now feel comfortably full. Plus I told myself, I could have another piece in the morning if I choose to :razz:

I'm in too.
Liquid till evening, then chickpea/veggie curry, no rice.
Don't want my stomach to get used to and start demanding too much rich food again, so must nip that in the bud.
It's rumbling already....
Am in too!

second fast of the week, much needed grrr lets get on with it!! :-)

Oh Go On Then, why not. I've got prawns and salad for tonight's meal. This may be hard as haven't done a full fast since end of last month.
I am in today, well will try anyway, with just a few fresh almonds and hazelnuts ("fresh" because they have their shelves, as opposed as the ones you would buy to have with drinks) that my dad's came from the market with and a tomato and mozzarella soup tonight

half six and still not eaten! Despite a beautiful buffet lunch provided at the venue we're setting up in. Was really hungry and decided that if I saw something that took my fancy I would have it...went around about three times and nothing said "eat ME!" so I didn't. Feeling quite virtuous
and very hungry :D
Stuffed with a soup, that never happened before ! I can't even finish it. A few almonds and hazelnuts (5 of each) really make a big difference on how my body react

I'm sure I'm either maintaining or gaining, but I'll be back in full fast mode in January. :clover: all!
