Time to bite the bullet

Kettle on, herb teas on the bench.

Need a good fast day

Who else is with me
Me gillymary! I'm so ready for a fast day and so is my body after 2 days of feasting.
Prawns and salad for dinner.
Xxx julianna
Oh dinner ok then might be corned beef which I will now cook up the old fashioned way and have with a horseradish cream dollop and fresh balsamic spritzed salad mainly gleaned from my garden. There will be a bullet coffee around 2pm.

Have a lovely day Julianna and so too anyone else around the world 5:2 or IF fasting
You too gillymary. I'm sure we'll be having a few more friends joining us soon.
Xxx
 Yes I'm in fasting all day then a careful selected evening meal with wine but will be within my TDEE
after a few hours sleep night night to all fasters
over there  Sue
I'm in. Felt bloated last night so need a fast day. Had lovely bowl of fresh beans picked from the garden, lightly boiled with a knob of butter and black pepper for lunch. Yummy.
I'm in too. Fast Day 3 for me :)

Just had lunch: 1/2 a banana, 1/2 a mango and 10 cherries with just a dollop of yoghurt. Delicious!
Zucchini slice for dinner!

Good luck to everyone else.
X
Hello @catamo welcome and all the best with your IF journey

Well just tucking into a coffee bullet style to keep me going for the next 4 hours. Off to the gym soon but might do a housework flurry first just to warm up. Hope everyone is humming along as well. It's a lovely day deep blue sky clouds breeze cicadas perfect summer time
I'm in today. First for ten days :o
And back at work...
might be a tricky one
and out tonight to see Chicago. Long day too.
It'll be fine
Why not? It's Christmas after all. Like your avatar @catamo :like:
Glad I am this end of the day, still haven't eaten. I can smell the herbs from our garden in DH's salad and the spices I used to cook his corned beef but I am keeping a strong resolve. Today has panned out as a low cal liquid fasting day.
Me too - like janeg, back at work. Only problem is if it's cold at work - will be having graze box porridges and lots of hot drinks. And may be wearing new Seasalt lambswool scarf all day ...
Oh yes please, most definitely. Don't know what I'll have for dinner though as the house is still stuffed with high caloric foods. Will find something clever to do with turkey, maybe not, just cold turkey and steamed veg.

Hey @gillymary you paint such wonderful pictures in my mind. Thank you, it's dark, grey and windy here.

Good luck everyone and keep warm
I'm in! I gave up on fasting yesterday. Thought I had a stomach bug tho, bad stomach ache and everything I have eaten has left in a hurry but it was probably all the rich food. A big shock to my system.
Another stormy day here in London but it's not raining which is a bonus.
Ha[[y fasting everyone x
I'm in, at least for the day, we have some guests arriving tonight so may eat a normal meal tonight.

Didn't over-indulge too much over Christmas, but did drink every night. I managed to get a run in yesterday afternoon which felt quite good.

I have coffee and sparkling water to get me through the day, good luck to everyone!
