@Canoegirl :?: what is chocolate tea? I know tea and chocolate ..
It's called Peppermint Cuppa Chocolate Tea. Walmart has it's own version but it is a lot like the one here on amazon http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00MC0EID6/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_nS_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=6BOM4XL5Z834&coliid=I3TAHVSTW9T3CX
@Canoegal - ah ha peppermint tea / peppermint chocolate - will look out for it.
Very happy to have made it through the fast day without too many crises! Set up for next week, well, after my holiday anyaway, to start afresh!
Well, I just had a surprise. For the first time since starting this fasting WOE I actually got shaky with hunger. I have diabetes type 2 but haven't had low blood sugar drops for months. However, I had the big D earlier today so perhaps my body just ran out of energy :). It will be interesting to see what happens when I fast again on Monday. Just had a big plate of stir fried veggies and a bit of chicken, a glass of almond milk. The shakes are slowly ebbing but I think I'll have a little clementine to give my body a quicker hit of sugar. Then that's it for my 500 calories. I hope everyone was successful today!
