Good luck to the returners ans new starters
I'm normally a strict Mon and Thurs girl, but the season has moved me to Friday this week. Looking forward to it! Must drink lots of water....
Good fasting to all
Good luck Katharina, it is good to hear that your friends are supportive of you!
Good luck to all of you having fasting day today. I am sure you are doing well all of you

I'm just about to make lunch for the kids then we are going to the cinema which should be a pleasant way to pass time this afternoon, must just try to avoid having to buy popcorn as I find it hard to resist
Good luck fellow fasters!
First weigh in of 2015 next Tuesday ... I will be brave .. I will not scream and wake the neighbors
I'm in today too @Debs. Back on track after a long time off the wagon. It sounds as though you've had/are having a great successful first fast of the year. Long may they continue!
I'm planning on returning to ADF and this time I feel pretty determined. Just about to have a quick snack. Here we go...
3.30pm and all is going well for my first fast in 2015. I have a celeriac in the fridge so it's soup for supper (chilly here), not made it before but going to try fennel and celeriac soup. As I'm on leave till Monday I shall get back into planning for the week ahead - that really works well for me as I know what I will eat (and not eat) I will like. I'm starting maintenance but guess I'll spend a couple of weeks fasting Mon/Thurs as normal, while working out what maintaining really means for me as I haven't got a clue at the moment. Looking for that light bulb moment
Good luck you fasters, @Debs how did it go?
