Good luck to all you Friday fasters. I am weighing this evening and after 2 3000+ days am not feeling overly confident!
Lil
I am in today as well. By accident could I say as it should have been yesterday but I was too sick to do it - my bronchitis is not finished yet).

Good luck to all :clover:
Hi! today was meant to be a feed day for me, but last night, at the end of a healthy feed day, I finish a whole tub of ice-cream....so to save up on weekly calories, i am making this a 4:3 week, fasting today. So far I had only a cup of tea with little milk and a cup of espresso with 11 calories worth of whitener....
Do you happen to binge and then have to fast on the following day?
Hi Flower,

I tend to overdo it a little on my Sunday evening meal as I do 4:3 and calorie count the other 2 days leaving my weekends to be guilt free! I always fast on Mondays so the calories from a 3000+ Sunday really help me get through the week

I used to be a chronic binge eater, but now its more of a huge dinner and a nice dessert

I wouldn't worry about it. Your fast may seem a little easier because of the night before

Good luck to everyone today and roll on the weekend
@janeg will have to try that! Looks fabulous and bet it tastes the same!

Have had salted caramel chocolate up here made locally here in Northumberland and it was fab! And then there is that old standby Caramac - which the village farm shop just happens to stock
I'm in today. Just one hour until I can chow down :D
Fast day today

Well today I've had a good day. As usual it's fasting on Fridays. For breakfast I had unfrozen forest fruits topped with soya yoghurt. That will keep me going-with the help of a few cups of tea- until tea time which was poached smoked haddock with spinach from my garden. I've had a few strawberries and grapes tonight. Looking forward to bacon, eggs from my hens and mushrooms tomorrow!
As I am nearly off to bed,I can say today was ok

Everything went well until 6:00 PM when I was starving. I mean, even a glass of water couldn't do it. I counted the minutes and nearly the seconds until 7:00 PM when it was time to cook dinner

Right now I feel some hunger pangs but I am fine. I think they are stronger because I quit smoking several days ago and my body is still reajusting
Was in for my 1/2 fast today. Feeling good. :)
Janet .......Smitten Kitchen recipe LIKE THAT on a fast day thread ought not someone requisition in that "wet fish for some slapping". Mind you recovering quickly, I have indeed bookmarked that recipe just in case I need to test out my new heart shaped biscuit cutter. That is when I can recover from the post about the wickedness of sugar
Fabulous Janeg, I shall be on to those asap! Deb
