I think you 4:3 ers are very good...i have only managed it once or twice before this week.
Day 3 today is a bit of a toughie..am sticking to liquids like i did on wednesday ..i.e., soup..low cal,not calorie free tho..i ' m not yet capable of zero cal fast days!
Well done all those who've finished their day - you did it yay! And keep the faith the rest of us!
Hope it's been a good day,all..xx
Well, it all started so well! Nothing all day and a very enjoyable dinner. Then some rather bad news, which I had received this afternoon, hit home and I remembered a big bag of peanut M & M's which were lurking in the cupboard! I ate the entire bag (165g) in about ten minutes! I refused to even share them with my husband, so that was 960 calories eaten, in addition to my dinner which was probably in the region of 450 calories!

On the positive side, in the past if I had done something like that, I would then have continued to eat until bedtime. This time, at least I was sensible enough to draw a line under it and have eaten nothing else all evening. It won't have made a huge difference to my weight but I am rather annoyed with myself for resorting to chocolate just because I got a little upset. Never mind, tomorrow is another day, so I will pick myself up, dust myself down and try to have a sensible feed day tomorrow!

I hope the fast day went well for the rest of you. Onwards and downwards!
