Today might end up as a liquid only fast for me; the lurgy has completely robbed me of appetite today. did I just say that??

Have got some homemade vegetable soup in the fridge in case normality returns.

Well done everyone and enjoy tomorrows food
I did well today, despite one of my colleagues (a lad who is as thin as a rake and eats constantly!) having a cheese topped roll with thick butter on, on at least 4 occasions when I went to the kitchen for yet another glass of water!!
Evening all!
I'm doing my 3rd fast of the week. It's gone really fast (haha pun intended) today and I managed not to eat a thing til 6pm even though my sister and niece were snacking on chocolate cookies- I resisted!

I had tuna salad followed by a banana which has filled me up.
It's my nieces birthday party tomorrow so I'm looking forward to birthday cake  :cake:

Hope you've all managed a great fast day
Well done@madferrit 3 fasts over and birthday cake, here you come  x

Hope you feel better tomorrow@Winsome
And well done@radleykitten Bet you felt like giving that thin boy a punch on the hooter ..i do..and i hope he has spots!
Ahhh lush, just finishing for the day with hot cocoa and coconut oil treat! Had soup and sugar free jelly for dinner. Nearly caved in a couple of times today but each time I reminded myself of peanut-butter-gate; completely sabotaged my fast yesterday after good intentions of celery and peanut butter as a little snack turned into something much more!! (winning combo by the way - that's what I learnt from peanut-butter-gate!)
48 minutes of fast day left, another mega veg risotto day. Hoping for a just reward on the scales tomorrow (and boiled new potatoes, without butter).
Hey@wasafan why not have a little butter on yr spuds!
I' m having some on my toast..roll on morningtime!
Butter and cheese are my downfall....! And I'm hoping to stay within 1000 tomorrow so I can enjoy a pear zyder (or two) during the England Wales game on Sunday with a clear conscience.
off to bed soon. Another fast day over :)
I've just had an omelette today with smoked salmon and then a small portion of ice cream as I think I had the calories for it - haven't been too hungry which is a bonus - roll on Monday for the next one!
