Quite excited as have never started this before..
Anyone joining me for a Flipping Fabulously Frivolous day of Fasting with Friends and Family.
Put yourselves in for repair and have a grrrrreat day xxx  :like: :clover:
I'm fasting today, it's been a tough one! A new colleague is Lebanese and brought in loads of fresh lebanese breads with cheese and chorizo etc... I resisted! Then I had a meeting with morning tea.... Cakes, deep fried stuff... RESISTED AGAIN!
I've even impressed myself!!!! I deserve a medal!!

And you shall have one!!!
Hi there! I'm also doing the fast today with OH too. We don't find fasting hard to do after over a year of it. Hoping also to get a medal for perseverance. I know it's precious repair-time (my weight trend is level through the zigzags). Having difficulty shaking off my cold/ laryngitis/ tickly cough but have my voice back and am getting some sleep.
Stick to it again to day, everyone :clover:

I'm in today and I'm really glad of it, I went a bit off the rails yesterday and ate constantly and things I shouldn't be eating (biccies/chocolate mostly). Yesterday was a very stressful day, I'm just putting it down to that but it will be nice to have some control today. Happy fasting all xx
Oops - sorry for the spelling mistake @CandiceMarie - bit early in the morning for me!

:rainbow: :rainbow: :rainbow:
Good morning. I love Fridays - don't work Fridays.....
So here I am for my third 4.3 week, have a good one everybody.
Happy fasting! Hope it all goes well xx

I'm in!
Had a lovely pasta dinner out last night. I have found this WOE is teaching me to enjoy food these days and not see it as an enemy.
Happy fasting everyone xxx
Hello im in today too! Weighed myself yesterday and was nearly 2kg's down from my starting weight. Trying to decide weather or not to just water fast today as really not feeling hungry. any ideas?
@Whisler see how you go
Just water if you feel ok with it,maybe a hot drink if you get cold..Your trusty 500 cals are there if you need them later x
@Katharina here's your gold medal too for perseverance X

i have some 50 cal cupasoups if needed but they taste like water anyway.

So i could in theory get through today with a cupasoup for dinner and one for tea so i would still have 500cals if i get really desperate.
Hi Candice!
