Made it through the afternoon witching hour (or is it don't wake the sleeping hunger monster hour?) And still have one s'more waiting for me when we're out by the fire :) hope everyone else made it & if you didn't quite, there's always next week. Enjoy your weekend!

Was doing very well until I popped to the supermarket with hubs and daughter to get her passport photo done. Belgian bun with fresh cream and apricot brandy (2 glasses)
Still a reduction in cals but not that proper full fast I was intending. We had lambs liver with homemade onion gravy, steamed cabbage, French beans and runners from the garden.
Sorry but glad it wasn't just me who didn't manage a true fast yesterday. There must have been something in the air. Good luck for next fastday ladies :clover: :clover:
