Happy anniversary! Have a wonderful time in London, sounds fab!
This is my 6th ever fast! Good luck everyone! I'm loving this way of eating! :)
I'm in today too for my third fast this week :) I left it open whether i was going to fast today or not but as I got carried away with cheese and biscuits yesterday have decided to go for it!
I'm here :) I also 'enjoyed' my day yesterday!
I am going to have a half fast as I have visitors arriving early evening for the weekend, so will be eating a more than normal meal then. I am sure the wine and nibbles will rear their ugly heads as well. Good fasting to you all.
I'm in! Slightly regretting it now as I just got my exam results...I passed but no celebratory drink for me! Never mind, this time next week ill be on my way to 2 weeks all-inclusive in Tenerife, ill definitely be having a drink (or two...) then!
Yup here for my third and last fast of the week. Hope everyone enjoys their weekend
I'm on my 3rd & final fast of the week too Kootbear...don't normally do 3 but decided it was a good idea today!! Xx
Drinking lots of water at the moment to keep the tummy rumbles at bay. I stupidly weighed myself this morning before fasting & had put on weight despite eating below my TDEE this week to try & encourage weight loss :?: so am hoping I may have been dehydrated & when I weigh in tomorrow I will have gone down in weight. Hope you all had a good fast day & roll on supper.

Congratulations! Great news :)
It is 5.35PM and I've got this far on 2 Werthers sugar free sweets - 12 cals in total (as well as coffees, teas etc)
We are having a BBQ and I am going to eat carefully but not actually count calories, I will even have a glass of wine with my meal.
This is probably not setting a good example to new fasters but 6 months in and 2 st lighter I feel like being a bit of a rebel
I have been fasting today too.. have just been eating my one and only meal.. dinner - 405 calories  ..

Pia
I just had dinner. I had 3 meals today but I still have calories for a snack if I need one later. :-)
Walked to an appointment, cleaned the house & did the ironing!! Just about to have dinner and will keep some cals for a treat afterwards, probably a pot of rice pudding.
Been a little bit grumpy today but its my 3rd fast of the week so that might have something to do with it!! Not too much longer until bedtime!! Xx
This is my second fast day ever, lol. I am eating my vegetable soup but still hungry. But it is only for a day. I will live.
