I'm really struggling today, I haven't felt this bad since I first started 5 weeks ago

I'm really hungry, drinking loads of almost black tea and water, but this afternoon I've got to take my daughter-in-law to an emergency hospital appointment which is going to involve lots of waiting around. I hope my grumbling belly doesn't disturb everybody

Were in today for fasting, am babysitting for our our younger daughter, then home to teach three music students before we can have wonderful baked salmon fillets with green beans! WOW! Surviving on black coffee and bouillon...feel fine.
That is a 70 mile round trip!! Our little granddaughter is having a nice nap. I hope you all are doing well I spite of challenges. .

I made it through! I've just had my tea and feel a lot better now
