I'm checking! It's morning here so I have entire day to go :)
Three hundred cal ready meal for tea...
Here I am. Sipping fizzy water and planning saag paneer for fast dinner later today. (I made the paneer yesterday, so only have to do the spinach bit today.)
The weekend turned into a 3-day frenzy of eating and drinking, so the fast day is a welcome reset!
Hi all
Nothing all day but herbal tea and just had pork steak on the bbq with bbqd veg and a butterbean, tomato and onion salad. Just enough left over for a cuppa tea and a digestive. Feel better now!
I'm in, 11:30am here and am having my pot o' green tea. Probably the usual the rest of the day, though haven't decided on dinner menu just yet, but I got some fresh broccoli crowns so will likely steam that. I find that lightly cooked broccoli with a squeeze of lemon and sprinkle of Krazy salt really helps fill me up! (Added to protein, of course.) But then I also have a bunch of spinach and a salad sounds good too...
OMG that English lesson was a torture, my teacher was baking sourdough bread! The most delicious smell for the empty stomach... Aaargh, but I managed it and didn't drool all over my textbook :))
Hi All,
hope you had a good fast day everybody. I've been in as well today - black coffee, herbal tea and now a mug of vegetable boullion. I weighed 68 kg (my randomly chosen goal weight) on Friday morning... Not quite sure what to do now... I think I probably want to lose another 2 kilos, so that my upper weight is 68 and my lower 66 - so I'll keep going for a bit.

Thanks Candice. I made it, talked Hubbys ear off instead of eating!!
Everyone sounded quite poz and chirpy for a monday! Well done all and especially @rev and @turtlegirl
@stowgateresident well done gritting yr teeth and getting on with it!
@wineoclock glad all went ok and i hope fam probs resolved x
As for me, it turned into more of a 17:7,1000 cal day than a fast..but thats a lot better than some days! X
Thanks, @CandiceMarie. I made it through the day at under 500 calories - based on a very rough count up in my head after I had gone to bed, which is as far as I ever go on any day since I abandoned counting a year and a half ago! Your 1000 calories is far better than the three or four thousand which it might have been if you hadn't started the day off well, so congratulations for putting the brakes on!
Well done to everyone for making it through the day! :victory: You are all star fasters, whatever the outcome. :star: :star: :star: :star: :star: :star: If it wasn't great, then put it behind you and carry on carrying on!
