I'm in forMonday too, still Sunday evening here, but I'm done eating for today. Travelling to family this week & I've had a horrid chest cold this weekend, so I haven't been that hungry the last couple days. I'll try to fast Monday & Friday (my travel days). Have a great end of the year everyone!
I'm in today as well. I have to work off those Dorito's and 3 yes 3, bakewell tarts (hangs head in shame). I must try and remember that if I start a repair day on carbs I will much through the whole day.
I'm definitely in when Monday morning comes. No weight loss at weigh in On Sunday morning, which was disappointing, but no gain either. So definitely Monday and again on Friday. I don't mind if I stay the same until 1st January but I definitely do not want to gain!!!
Fasting today. Need it. The feasting began over the weekend and I managed to put on 2 kgs!! Two kilos in TWO days! Argghhh!!!
Yes Carmel and Jools, been drinking like a fish! And I am looking forward to grey and drizzly after 44 and humid!!

I did a smash and grab raid into Sweets of London in Perth and bought some goodies, 6 pack of walnut whips, twiglets, mini Cheddars, Walkers cheese and onion and pickled onion crisps, topic, caramac, and the list goes on!!! Only my credit card took a hammering, none shall pass my lips. Now in the lounge before my flight, and all I am having is a tonne of caffeine, keeping well away from the food trays!! I am determined to be good today as I am cooking for victory tomorrow and no doubt will be doing some tasting en route!!

Mmmm, home made meringue, what a lovely thought!!! And yes @nursebean, a butterscotch angel delight
I've been cooking all day: ice cream, bread, individual cheese cakes, icing the Xmas cake. I mid succumb to a lick of cheese cake beaters- and I will probably have a small one tonight. I told everyone they'd have to get their own lunch and they did. I'm managing, and if I make it through to dinner and have a small serve, I'll be satisfied. I haven't had a mince pie! Triumph!
Punnet of blueberries for lunch. Love blueberries.

CARAMAC! Can't remember when I last had one of those. Must have been at least 40 years ago.

Yes I'm fasting today too. Still repairing from last week (and getting ready for the next few.....) Happy fasting everyone :like:
I'm in today, at work and sticking to coffee with skimmed milk and water, may have some soup tonight. Lots of people off work already, quiet near my workplace away from the shopping areas.

Keeping an eye on the weather as a storm due to hit UK again, may need to leave early to get home.

Good luck to all resisting the temptations today.
I'm in! Happy to be fasting today. Probably be fasting again on Friday as usual. I don't want to take a break and ruin my efforts. feeling very stressed anyway today so it probably will be easy. Happy fasting everyone x
I'm in - working today so hopefully not too hard (er despite the pork pies, sandwiches, cakes, biscuits and chocolates sitting upstairs calling to me in the staff room). I work in a GP surgery and usually there is NO food (yay!)which makes it easier. Today there's half of M&S!! Aargh. I will be strong. Actually I have been so despondent at putting over 3kg on after falling off the low carb wagon that I really will. Just someone move those mini pork pies :-(
I'm aiming to try until dinner, so it is more of a damage limitation exercise than a fast.
Happy Christmas fellow fasters.
My OH are fasting today & I will try to 16:8 as much as I can during this week. This is our last fast before Christmas & before we start on the Christmas goodies when we get to our sons in London on Christmas Eve. I am just going to start making a large cheesecake to take with us & also going to our local M & S to collect a hopefully gorgeous looking jacket to wear out to dinner on Christmas Eve. So just coffee & water until tonight.
I hope you all have a good fast day
Good Morning count me in today :coffee: Hope everyone has a great day! :clover:
I am in today too, the last fast before Christmas. :reindeer: :present: Happy Fasting everyone.
