Need a fast today - feels so great afterwards!
So happy to have lost and maintained loss of 22lbs in 2013!
Well done Sally! Xx
I'm with Sallyo, it wasn't an easy fast day. I reorganised my wardrobe today, putting all the too big clothes away. Great feeling and helped with staying committed. Thankfully bedtime now.
Count me in today! :coffee:
I'm in today too. First fast after a couple of weeks but I have a feeling I may be over my 500 cals today (stupid leftovers)
Im in today too! Have been feeling so bloated and unhealthy the last few days with overindulgence. I even went to the gym yesterday and am feeling better today having not eaten anything. Its amazing how quickly your body retunes to eating less and how unhealthy you feel when you overindulge.
Good luck and well done to all you fellow fasters at this difficult time of year :clover: Too many sweet savoury and alcoholic distractions for me lol
No longer FatDog Slim :(

I'm in. Haven't repaired since last Monday and it's telling on the scales... Still, things will be fine in another couple of weeks: so here's to this WoE as a WoL - hip hip hooray!
Count me in. I've gained 6lbs over the Christmas pig out, so I'm right back on it starting today.

Paul.
I'm in and already over half the day gone. Its a liquid fast for me, I don't think I've put on much as I managed to keep to a 16:8 for most of the holidays, but I did have a fair share of chocolates and wine, so the scales should be up.
I have managed to go to the gym today and feel good for doing that too.
Tomorrow is a NYE and farewell party, the first NYE party I have been to for years I am really looking forward to it.
I'm in today after serious holiday gluttony. So now fasting and facing the horror of a solid 8-hour work day (oh, the humanity!). Just hoping that after taking a few weeks off of fasting maybe I'll luck out and lose like it's my first week on 5:2 again!
Right, that's me done! Had me 500 cals, minus a bovril drink later! Hasn't been too difficult, but then I had a piggy day yesterday and have suffered the consequences a bit today!! I'm really feeling the cold as well :(

Keep going everyone :like:
I'm fasting today and this is the first time I've done it on a day I was not working. So far, so good! I have plenty to keep me busy!
Ugh - fasting on a day when I'm not working sounds torturous! Glad you're staying busy.

Good luck everyone still plugging away at Monday!
Oops! Did really well today till this evening... I had chicken breast with a few roasted veggies at 7 o'clock. Then succumbed to Stilton and crackers and a wee drop of port. Yum! The had some chocolate with my cuppa. Ah well, at least I hadn't pigged out on goodies all day...
Off to bed soon. Have managed 2nd fast since Christmas Day. Very pleased with that as I was struggling for several weeks before Christmas. Next fast Thursday. House is nearly empty of interesting food and the supermarket was way too busy to deal with today so we won't have much temptation here.
