I'm in, though may go slightly over as going out tonight - will stick to coffee and water until then though. Good luck all :clover:
I'm in! Had my coffee with coconut oil and planning on oatmeal and an apple for my afternoon meal. Nothing in the evening. I plan on keeping busy with some yard work. A rain storm with high winds rolled though here last night, so have some cleaning out there to keep me occupied.

Good luck all! :clover:
I think I will try a fast today. Haven't really had the gumption to do much fasting in the last couple of months, ate whatever I wanted and hence I am 10 lbs heavier than in May. :( Still full from last night's supper so perhaps today won't be so tough. Just realized I've had milk in my tea, have to switch to black tea to save my calories for a supper of cornish hen, green beans and fresh carrots. I have some incredibly sweet cherry tomatoes from the farmer's market to snack on and some blueberries. It is only 11:15 a.m. here so I have the whole day ahead of me. Time for a walk,. It is a gorgeous today, sunny with a nice breeze and not so hot as last week. Sorry to hear about the snow! that will come soon enough here, before I know it summer will be over and I'll have to put snow tires on my car! I'll live in the moment, though and enjoy the day!

Good luck everyone! :clover:
Hi all,

It's 4.30pm here and I am killing time till my main meal. Eaten nothing since last night, except for some bits of milk in my two coffees. Pleased to have done a coupla miles walk also though I am nowhere near my 10000 steps. Might have to do more after dinner when I will hopefully feel less lightheaded and wobbly!

So back in the plan, two fast days down. Lost 3lbs last week, though had been ill and had a lot of food over weekend so expect a much smaller loss with two fasts this week.

Keep at it everyone!
I've just had my main meal of the day because I work til 9pm so this is my 'lunch' hour! I went to the gym this morning then had a boiled egg with coffee for breakfast so got off to a good start. Dinner was quorn meatballs with a little wholewheat pasta, and I'll have a rice cracker this evening. Mostly lemon and ginger tea has been getting me through today

Hope you're all having a great day!
I'm delighted to report my evening meeting is cancelled! We have just enjoyed our dinner and DD said it was wonderful - goal  My kitchen door is now closed, apart from the washing up
Tea and mineral water till bed time.
I hope everyone is winning .....gonna feel great tomorrow.
I'm in today, about 11:30am here, having my green tea now. Will have broth this afternoon, peaches and yogurt after work, and "the usual" din din 9ish. Bit of a grumbly tummy, but it's settling down now.

My last light day, Thursday, I got a bit swimmy-headed--but I'm sure it was related to severe sleep deprivation, not fasting. Glad I've got many fasts (today is #133!) under my belt so I knew it wasn't the fasting. Got a bit of extra sleep over the weekend, so feeling better.

Have been keeping up on my walking, will report in walking tent.
Hola fasters - I am here for my "welcome back fast" after a long hiatus. I have a plan for August that involves as close as I think I can get to 4:3 (Mon, Wed and what I'm calling 1/2 fasts for most of the Fridays), I'm doing 16:8 on Tue and Thur and just trying to not go crazy on the weekend. I'm walking 8k steps per day (even non-work days, which is when the sloth has a tendency to hit) and am doing C25k 3x/week.

Wish me luck! Hope to be more active and sharing great results with all of you inspiring people very soon xo!
First proper fast in months done. Was easy, fortunately for me. Had chamomile tea all day and a nice dinner of chicken in a tomato sauce with spiralised courgette and some grated cheddar. MFP says 375 calories and 8 grams of carbs. Had one cup of tea with coconut milk and will have one more before bed.
Well done everyone.
@Sallyo, Enjoy your trip up to Sydney today, I,m trying to organise some sunshine for you.
