Oh what?! Am I the only one fasting today?! :shock:

Got to wait all day before I can sink my teeth into my lovely stuffed red peppers courtesy of M&S and follow that with a double chocolate sundae. I know how to live :wink:

Whilst I'm not fasting, I won't be eating till lunchtime, then I'll have a rollmop herring with some salad.
Don't know what to have tonight, yet!!
Woo hoo! I am so in. Woke up today with a determination I didn't have yesterday. Today I am having either beans and toast or a weight watchers meal, a fruit pot and a 10 cal jelly. We don't have an M&S in this town :( My hubby is having fish pie (YUK!!) I will be making that for him, couldn't get enough of it when I was pregnant but now I can't stand it.
I'm in!

An asparagus and pea salad with a piece of salmon for me tonight. Might have to have a light lunch to disguise fasting from the smallies, but some vegetable soup won't hurt.

I'm in today for my third fast- I've gained this week and I'm feeling a bit bummed out by it. I really need to sort myself out next week.
I'm in today. Planning to have Chicken Breast in Red Wine Sauce from NuMe (Morrisons) 324 calories, not had this one before, also having some fruit and yoghurt for pudding. Good luck everyone :)

Hi this is my trickiest one yet as I am away from home. Doing one on the journey here was easy but today I had scrambled egg and beans in the B & B because I had paid for it but I get on better having just one meal in the evening. I have been very active so far having done tai chi dancing and swimming and I am just having an oxo. I am limited by what I can find to eat later but I think I will go for soup. The challenge i have set myself is trying to see if I can do IF without counting calories at all. This is because I have spent years counting points or calories or fat grams and although I have always lost weight I have put it all back on and more besides when I have stopped. So I have decided to try fasting but without counting either on fast days or non fast days..if it works it will be a bonus and it will be sustainable for me. What I have noticed in the last 10 days is that already I am different. My appetite is reduced and so far I havent craved my usual carbs.
Ah, I am annoyed with myself. I screwed up again. This morning I was so in the zone. Then I got dreaded migraine symptoms and bang I knew I was gonna have to have some ibuprofen and some food,boom - so that's it gone (my eating plan not the migraine). Just gotta keep it within normal limits. Working tomorrow, it's always easier when I am working.
me again, I salvaged something!! I was gonna get a chippy seen as I had completely failed but I have to wait for my hubby to come home so I thought I will take the dog out while I wait. Feeling adventurous I decided to take him on the bike (I pedal while he trots)> What a roaring success, we both loved it and I feel fab, was smiling all the way and he is knackered (on the way to losing those last few kilos himself). Not only that I don't feel like a chippy anymore so I am just cooking the fish pie for my husband I had originally planned on doing. Hurah!
I have been in today. I don't eat breakfast anyway and midday I remembered on Monday my usual fast day I was going to my youngest grandsons first birthday and I am sure cake will be available. It is now 9.15pm and all I have had is 2 eggs scrambled and boiled ham. That is me now till tomorrow lunch.
