Aha! Not on my own. I've just posted a thread so I'll try and merge them.
Well done for getting through the day.
Oh No!
I seem to have deleted @GMH post! I am so sorry- it was a mistake. I don't think I can reinstate it. Help @moogie, @carorees, @carieoates
I shouldn't be let loose on technology...
I am in for a half fast today as I am lunching tomorrow when I usually fast.
@janeg, stop panicking, it's OK    I'll just add to this one. Nearly over for me, 1000 cal maintenance day. Coffee, 8 cal hot choc, porridge/Greek yogurt for bfst, mini protein bar, curried veg with an entree of silver beet with chili & butter for lunch. At about 800 cals now. Good luck Jane & anyone else fasting.
Yes and no - I'm 4:3 on M, W, F but I sometimes throw in a mid-day for one of the weekend days, depending on what is happening. I only have 2-3 kayak opportunities next week (rather than 4) so, I'm having a half-way day today - the mid-point between my FD and non-fast day - so, up to 600kcals.
Have a good day Sunday fasters! X

I think that once it's gone it's gone I'm afraid. :frown: Perhaps @gmh can remember what she said and repost...
So far I'm fasting, its not a planned fast but my head is in the right place so I think I will go for it. I am going to try for a liquid fast as I had most success on liquid fasts the first time around. Plus its pizza tomorrow and I don't want to miss that.
I'm in today too. Stuck on another plateau but have declared for the Christmas challenge and have a plan to seriously cut back on alcohol so hoping to start moving downward again.
Good luck with the liquid fast @Julieathome. I managed one a week ago and it is challenging but does give good results....and Good Luck everyone else :like: :clover:
I'm fasting. Liquid only as usual.

Happy fasting folks :like:

Chicken x
:chicken2:
I'm fasting too. My first one. Got through pretty well, but now 10pm and I'm really very hungry. Ideas?
A nice big salad with some chicken, or cottage cheese or tuna. For 500 kcals you can have a massive salad.
This is a fast day for me and I'm going to try for another 4:3 this week. I did one last week and it resulted in a huge 5 lb. drop although it was my first week to fast in a year so I probably got rid of a lot of excess water too, which would be a good thing since my doc told me I am mildly edemic. At any rate, I've eaten a lot the last two feed days; didn't track calories as that seems to focus me in a bad way. I'm better off thinking positively of healthy foods I could be adding in on my feed days.

I haven't posted on this forum much in a long while and it's all changed. What happens when you put the @ sign in front of someone's name in my post? Are they alerted somehow? Thanks, Dee
@drDee No, you need to go to the full editor (at the bottom of the reply box and click on 'tag' . It will come up with to sets of brackets, you put their name between those sets of brackets and they are notified that they have been mentioned.

Its Bovril time, my energy is lagging and I have a bit of a headache starting, so it salt time (and lots more to drink).
It seems as though us Sunday fasters are rare. I like to fast on Sundays and tuesday or wednesday.
