Fasting today?

Fasted fluid only minimal calories until 6 pm and joined DH with a very small roast pork dinner no taties sweet and regular so low carb oh but it was nice and I did have crackling. Would not have a clue about calories so must be a 21:3

Fasting day today...yippeeeeee!
I'm in for today, it's my usual fast day and boy, I certainly need it!! Im away at a conference and overindulging at work dinners and midnight snacks!! :oops:

I'm not a peanut butter fan but the hotel I'm staying at has midnight snacks where they bring out different kinds of bread, jams and peanut butters ... so what happens on the way back for a work dinner? of course, I can't resist and stop and make myself a sandwich to munch on as I'm on my way up to my room :shock:

I don't know how I'll do but I'm going to try it and see how it goes. I'm not sure what I'm going to eat yet for my 500 calories, everything at the convention center is fried or carbs. I suspect I won't eat anything until an evening meal. Lets see :smile: :

Good luck, jeninboston. I think that you are probably wise to save all your calories for dinner, at least that way you should be able to have a reasonable meal (surely they can't fry everything?) - best avoid the late night snack though! :smile:
Well, I've made it so far.

I just had my dinner making my total daily calorie intake 550. I'm pleased and worried cos I have no calories left for a little snack; no StowgateResident not a midnight snack ;-)
