It's an early start for me on my second fast of the week.

Busy day ahead, so that should keep my mind off any hunger pangs!

Who is with me today?

Best of luck my fellow fasters, and welcome to any newbies starting their journey today!

:clover:

Good luck everyone, keep on keeping on! X X :clover: :like: :victory:
I'm in Otter. Love my Thursday fasts. So busy at work I don't think about food then a nice salad with meatballs for dinner.
Hi Otter

Thanks, I'm joining you in the morning. Happy fastday folks. Fish and veg for dinner.

Off to bed :sleepy:

Hello fasters. I'm in. My new scales have not been kind and tell me I haven't met my Christmas goal of under 70kgs. But I have to remember that it a just a number. I've still lost the same amount because all my weights would have been heavier on these scales. But the point is: I'm fat. Nothing to eat today until zucchini omelette tonight.
Hello all. I'll be joining you in the morning. I have been away for a few days with a friend, and I think my body would be grateful for a fast day :)
Well said @Sallyo - covert new scales reading to your old scales and just keep going. Nothing will stop us!
Hell everybody

I am still doing 16/8 with low carbs and calories, but yesterday I did an unplanned Fast Day - and it went very well.

As it's Thursday I am joining all you lovely people and I will just see how long I can go, drinking lots of water, black coffee and tea.

I am about to make pancakes for Breakfast for our delightful granddaughter who is staying with us for the school holidays, but I will not be having any myself.

Have a wonderful day.

cheers Maggie
Well done on yesterday's fast @Maggiee Glad it went well for you, I've dusted down my scales ready for Friday's weigh-in and all is feeling very well after my new plan for this week going very low carbs for few days now.
Good luck today I'm off to bed now out shopping tomorrow with an ex work colleague. :clover: :clover:
Morning all
I'm in today. I weighed myself on Tuesday morning after my fast on Monday and was pleasantly surprised... It's really given me the passion back to see that it's working for me again. Long may it last!
Still getting accused of being 'anorexic' at work - it just washes over me now. Looking forward to the benefits of fasting being as widely known here in Aus as it is back home in the UK.
Just wish people would keep their opinions to themselves. Eating sugar laden cereal for breakfast and sandwiches and pasta for lunch shouldn't a slim person make, but when it does, said slim person thinks they have all the answers. grr.
Happy fasting all!!
I'm in for my second fast of the week. Going out with the girls for coffee, NO CAKE. Probably take a walk around the shopping centre for some incidental exercise.
Hi, am here too and grateful I'm back in the swing of it.

Happy day everyone
Hello, I'm in again, mostly doing ADF these days, I'm finding the fasting bit is easier than the eating bit mostly, to be honest. On eating days I tend to lack planning & just graze. More work required on that!

I was absolutely chuffed this morning when I realized that I'm now lighter than I was when I got pregnant with my first son, so that's 24 years ago now! Wow! And I'm zeroing in on the 100 kg mark, just a few more kgs to go, how exciting!

Good luck to everyone fasting today!!
