my first full fast week for a while, as I lost my appetite completely for a bit and thought fasting unwise, but it is back now so fast time again! today I didn't count too much, but had a bit of soup for lunch and grilled veg for tea. Sounds like it would be definately under, but the oil on my aubergine's and the small dollop of crem fresh I added might have put me on the danger zone.. oh well!
Hang in there, Peonyblue! I know it's hard when life is challenging...I too have issues with eating to soothe myself. And since I'd given up losing before this WOL, I just went ahead a did it (ate), since I didn't see any alternative. Now that I KNOW I can get healthier and stay that way, I have motivation to examine my eating for something other than hunger.

Know that it's all for the highest good, you just don't/can't see it now. And eating won't fix anything...but you already know that. That's why you told us. And we'll love you no matter what you do... :wink:
Yes I have been in today, bit late checking in!
I'm in today, going good. Actually, fasting has been going so well, I'm thinking about trying a MWF 4:3 (instead of Mon-Thur 5:2). Has anyone else done that? I also started a walking program yesterday, dusted off the mini MP3 and pedometer, walked 3 laps at local park. My knee is much better, so it's time to get moving! :grin:
Join us in the Walking Tent, ferretgal. I think there are quite a lot of people doing 4:3 but I am not one of them.
Well, this is the first time since Nov I've blown a fast. Out of town company wanted to take us out & I just wanted to enjoy myself. Made good choices - for a non-fast day! Went way over 500 though....oh well, tomorrow is another day, i'll have more control because I'm cooking the meal. The flexibility is key w/this WOL, so I'll enjoy it & move on. No drama for this mama! Good luck to the rest of you.
