I forgot, not to fast, because I've been doing that, but to say "I'm in"

I am now rather hungry and could eat a scabby dog! But I'll wait until my dinners ready :)
Well we were starving by supper time but ate leftover veg stir fry & lemon basmati rice followed by a banana & sort of hope it was around 500 calories
Just added up today's calories - came to 578 (567 is my suggested intake on fast days). Should have eaten less of my snack kiwi fruit!
I just tallied too Jaydee and came in about 80 over but am glad to have done a fast day at the last minute.

Breaking fast with fruit yoghurt and seeds
I'm in today! Surprised to see how few people posted today! I'm trying to get in every fast I can this month, since I know I'm doing some damage on the regular days! Good luck to all!
