Good morning Thursday fasters. Kicking this thread off as I see that yesterday's Fasting today thread was a bit quiet.

Am going to the theatre to see King Charles III tonight so will have to carefully negotiate my pre-theatre dinner to keep within my 500 calories. What are you all up to today?
Hi Pilchards,i' m in after ive slept ..well i hope i sleep...no luck so far and its after two A.M. here in the uk
Hope yr day is going well...Enjoy the theatre!
I plan to have an easy day..some pottering,some reading,want to pop out to get a Big Sister card
for a little girl who' s just become one!
Dinner will be ham,lettuce and cress followed by berries,banana and a raspberry mousse!
Only 17 hours left til i get to eat it! X

I am in today - but perhaps for a slightly modified day. I will be more around 600 cals for the day as I did start the day with some weetbix.
Thank you for posting Candice and Pilchards. I was about to have some biscuits from the staff room - but now I have joined in today's post I will walk past those temptations and stick with my licorice and peppermint tea! Stay strong I say to myself :bugeyes:

Sorry you couldn't sleep again last night Candy @Candicemarie! Its a shame I didn't realise you were awake because I couldn't sleep either - doh!! I'm getting my hair cut today so maybe its the worry :wink:
I guess your day has nearly finished now @Pilchards and @MerryMelb! How did it go in the end?! At least a trip to the theatre kills some time doesn't it. Was it good?
I'm not too sure what I'm going to have tonight. I might just stick with a poached egg on top of cabbage (which I did for my first fast a couple of weeks ago - and that worked pretty well). Master Chef is on at the moment which I really enjoy - but its a bit harder watching it on a fast day! - Oh boy!

I had to have my hair cut by a different person today because they messed up my appointment, not sure if I like it or not. Didn't have the energy to go back for my man - or to complain!
Not sure what to have tonight. Not that hungry at the mo - no energy I guess!
Hope it's going well for you all - just think - tomorrow will be here before you know it!!

I'm in today as well, I had a failed fast day on Tuesday, I had a physically tough day and just got too hungry not to eat. Like @carieoates I'm going for a prawn salad for dinner, I love that prawns are a bit of a luxury and so tasty and you can have loads of them.

Having said that, i am really looking forward to some food just for the sheer pleasure of eating!

Mid way through fast day... so low energy at the moment. Struggled to keep eyes open at meeting. Sheesh.
Cycling home is going to be tough but the reward a small dinner so that should keep me going.

Was a tough got a bit shaky at about 1. So had a couple of fig roll biscuits, the healthiest thing I could find at work.
So had a couple of cheese oatcakes when I got in from work as had to go straight out to parents eve. Chicken, egg and prawn salad with half a baked potato in a little while.
Prob not low enough cals to say a full fast but still a low day.....so far.
Dinner eaten, a low cal hot choc at bedtime and that will be my fast day done.
I haven't posted a weight on my tracker here for a while so I'm hoping for a nice number when I weigh in the morning.
