As long as youre enjoying it@julieathome and will still be a low calish day hopefully if you stop after two slices and yr evening meal..is there anything tastes better than fresh bread n butter? I doubt it x
@CandiceMarie thank you! It was very interesting, will have to listen to the recording again and make notes :) I'm glad you've had an easy fast day, it's wonderful when they fly by.
I'm in, just after noon here W. U.S. Already feeling peckish, so drinking a big pot of green tea. My strategy usually involves cuppa veggie broth 2ish, then fruit and ff yogurt late afternoon, then dinner 9-10ish.

Y'all may be familiar with the famed Seattle rain; but lately it's been in the high 80's (sorry, fahrenheit here) and we don't like that; can't sleep! (no one has AC in their homes here) So I'm happy the temp is down, low 60s from the feel. Actually, generally Seattle weather is pretty similar to the UK: anything over 70F (20C+ to y'all) is HOT! Visitors from California (not too far away) are mystified when we run around in shorts at that temp, they have their jackets on! :wink:
I'm off to bed shortly, so sending good fast moments to those of you who are still awake :clover: :heart:

See you soon. x
Keep going Amercans, nearly there! Ferretgal, I have invested in a ceiling light with a fan attachment for the occasional balmy night. Works a treat :0)
Well done fellow fasters, we are a strong bunch, we can move mountains (of food on a feast day)!
Forgot to sign in this am! Been running around like the proverbial fly with blue posterior, but I have stuck to 500, so all good. Today's star was a 100 cal aubergine, tomato, goats chz, chilli, chickpea & quinoa burger (one for lunch & dinner), and no brekky. Quite filling but I could eat a horse now. Having a cup of tea instead. Good luck to everyone still striving.
@Sallyo, I'm in Toowoomba, up on the range, so we can get very chilly overnight. Normally sunny days, although today we're getting that freezing cold wind from the South/South West, coming from the snow falling in NSW right now, so it's going to be max of 12 but probably an apparent temp of not much more than 6.
@CandiceMarie just about as well as I could have hoped--no one will miss a quarter inch off the edge of a sheet cake, right? :quiet: :quiet: The beauty of 5:2--I can have a real slice tomorrow!
@RieurYes the magic T word - tomorrow! Enjoy! :like:x
