Hi @paquin a salty Miso or stock cube helps your droop moment mid afternoon to compensate your additional water intake. It's a great pick you up. :victory:  :like: :clover:

@Ferretgal, I'm really not a thin person. I use the "new BMI" calculator, which gives a slightly different result for particularly short (me) or tall people. Unfortunately short people end up with a slightly higher (new) BMI, and mine is close to 23. See https://people.maths.ox.ac.uk/trefethen/bmi_calc.html for the calculator, and a link to the explanation of why the standard calculator isn't as good a measure for the height extremes (it really only makes a significant difference for those of us who are at the extremes).
In any case, I maintained at 2 or 3 pounds less than I am now for all of 2014, and only in 2015 started having difficulty staying at that weight. So I can't really explain what is different. But as mentioned earlier, it's really a pretty minor concern - I'm still close to 20 pounds down from my pre-2013 weight. I celebrate that fact every day.
