Good luck Thursday Fasters and enjoy your tomatoes Sallyo
I might roast a chicken tonight and steam some veggies. Enjoy tomato day Sallyo.
Usual chores today, though the dogs have to wait for their walk until it is less damp outside.
Have fun preparing those tomatoes, Sally, and good luck to fellow fasters!
NB and hello Wineoclock and nursebean - you both posted while I was typing (I am always sooooo sloooow)
The usual fasting Thursday - not very hungry - day 3 of a nasty headache but I think it's getting better.
Enjoy your tomato day Sallyo.
Cheers
Maggie.
I am having my first black coffee for the day, half way thru the chores... The sun is coming out, so that helps a lot.
Cheers everyone.
I have been taking Panadol Osteo these last three days, and I felt a bit shaky earlier, so I have had some lunch - and a couple of sweet biscuits and I feel a bit better. I have been in bed early the last two nights, might be another one coming up!
Enjoy the rest of your chores and the sunshine. thanks again.
cheers
Maggie
I've a chopped salad (106cal) for my late lunch, an apple (51cal) for in the car on the way home from work and tofu scramble on a slice of kamut bread (235cal) for dinner leaving me enough for 3 figs (84cal) for sweets.
What does fast day food look like for you?
@Maggiee I hope you get some relief soon.
@Sallyo I love tomatoes! I'd be tempted with a large tomato, red onion and basil salad
@Maggiee hope you get well soon xx
Fasted yesterday for second time but am missing my Mon/ Thurs fasting friends..
Will prob be back to my ' normal' days next week xox
It's pouring down this morning, so I'm not feeling optimistic. Fast days are so much easier when I get busy in the garden. I'll have to think of some other activity... Hmm, did I hear someone say cleaning? Not sure about that.
Oh, and I hope you feel better tomorrow @maggiee , you must be fed-up.
I used to suffer from debilitating headaches caused by hormone fluctuations which painkillers didn't help at all. Any chronic pain is awful.
Good luck folks.
