I'm in for today. Tummy grumbling a bit from the excesses of yesterday. Nearly 4pm and only water so far. Planned a low calorie tea. Will be back for my usual Saturday fast, so will manage three this week. Hopefully that will sort out the Christmas excesses!
I'm in.
Long story but should have been at nieces for dinner, held back and didn't eat, then hubs got sick so we're now home and I am having either poached eggs or beans on toast with grated cheese on the top.
Plus I'm a Soberista.
Main problem at the moment is cooking for everyone else as school isn't back until tuesday snd hubby goes back monday. Plus loads of tempting food and drink! Will get back to it next week properly. Need to lose 18 lb still.
A little late, but I did fasting this Thursday for the first time in many month - Good to be back :smile: And it wasn't even hard to do. :like:
Hi first day of 2015 fasters! It feels good to be fasting today and starting the new year right. My new Fitbit Charge came yesterday, and today I'm a little over half way toward my 10K steps. I lost my old Fitbit One somewhere in Tucson :cry: and it feels good to have my new Charge--hopefully I can keep it on my wrist. :smile: It is really, really cold here, and it took the encouragement from the Fitbit and my dog Baxter to get me out the door. :lol: 16 pistachios, 1 quarter of a Pink Lady apple, and 2 cups of homemade chicken/veg soup as of 3pm. Salad and the sauce part of spaghetti with arrabiata meat sauce should hit at about 500 calories. I'm trying to stick closer to the calorie limit so I'll be in good shape on the diet bet. I absolutely do not want to have to starve at the last minute to meet my goal. :shock: As for tomorrow, I'll stick close to my TDEE and it should all be good. Love 5:2! :heart: Good luck to everyone. :clover:
Waving to people still in Thursday. Hold the line. Friday is just over the horizon and you will be able to eat what you like.
