Dinner, bed and then I will join our Thursday fast. I'm in!
Tea through out the day and then dinner, rainbow trout with salad and a small roasted fig with a dollop of blue cheese.

I'm in for a fast today! Feeling like it's well needed today, I don't know what's got in to me recently but I've been really bad (on my feast days). Need to cut the alcohol during the week and the carbs! I also made the most amazing apple crumble at the weekend which I just have not been able to resist (plus a large scoop of vanilla icecream). Anyway, I've told the OH he'd better eat it before I get home from work today, or else!
I'm also trying to knock the caffeine on the head on fast days. I seem to get very tired around 3pm ish and when I have coffee it gives me such a caffeine rush and makes me feel very woosie!!
Probably just veggies for dinner tonight, I'm a big fan of steamed veg with chilli flakes, I look forward to it now! @Lizbean your dinner sounds amazing - I'm definitely going to have to try that one day. I love rainbow trout - I once had it with stewed rhubarb and baked - it was amazing!

I'm on my second coffee with chocolate soy milk. Lunch will be a couple of miso soups and dinner is chicken with broccoli and mushrooms in oyster sauce. Guessing around 600-700 cals

We have a fab coffee machine at work, just like in coffee shops. I have given it up apart from one espresso a week.
Tea is more refreshing and I think coffee just makes me un-necessarily HUNGRY. Grrh.
Trout - stuffed with ground almonds, lemon or anything herby and nutty. Yum rhubarb, not tried that! Yet.

I will happily join you in the morning. Had a good day today trying 16:8 and looking forward to tomorrow's busy fast day. The busier I am, the easier it is & I'm really enjoying just not having to think about food, calories, TDEE & cooking. I also think more clearly. All in all, right now, I'm in a good place. Wishing the same for all of you.

Off to the gym bout 9am then tea and bovril (still not tried miso soup yet) till dinner which will be a low cal ready meal or protein shake... something I don't have to think about.
hubby away tonight so no one to bring in temptation later ( anyone else have a feeder for a partner?)
If I don't have any work I aim to paint the conservatory, something I've been putting off...
better a paint brush in hand than food eh
