Morning all. Who's in for a Thursday fast?
Foggy morning here in Melbourne. Have had some beaut days recently though :)
Planning to fast today, and think I will go back to having an evening meal on fast days, having managed to shed those extra pounds I put on - now just have to keep them off!
Best wishes to all fellow fasters! :D
Hi @Wineoclock and all. My plan is a 1000 calorie day. I'm on a veeerrrrrrrrry slow downward trend that I would like to quicken just a little.

Happy fasting! :)
Yes, I'm in. Forgot to bring my coffee plunger to work and I'm wondering about going down the road for one at the cafe.
Yes, am fasting today, and going to run out to café for my long black as the smells of the office's shared Indian Diwali lunch are drifting in.....
@Wineoclock good luck beating your hunger. I'm off to bed but fasting in the morning.
I'm in too, maintenance fast but since I want to lose a little more I'll try to keep it under 700. So far BIG protein bar (no food in the house as usual  ) Atkins chocolate decadence bar, ooh I LOVE them. Then just scoffed 4 cherry tomatoes I bought for salad later. Hungry too Wineo but on way home (tho it takes 2 hours) so I'll have coffee then Dilunch. Good luck fasters.
I'm hungry too Wineoclock and GMH! Just had second black coffee after finishing the usual Thursday weekly clean. I am resolved to stick with the fast tho, as my weight was up a little today :( no doubt due to the bit extra I ended up eating yesterday...
 managed to submit same message twice...
Here it is after 4pm and pretty hungry. I had to get change so I bought a fizzy drink with my $50 note. And drank it: 150 calories. Shocking! It's mussels for dinner,...bring it on! Pay day today, so I bought some New Zealand frozen mussels, more than half go in the freezer for another day. Quite good fast food, perhaps.
Well I'm still hungry but managed to distract myself by cleaning house for someone who was visiting tomorrow morning. Well they have had to postpone which means I have a clean house and a free morning - yay.
@Sallyojust shows that soft drinks are so not worth drinking. Enjoy your mussels, I've got my favourite veggie chilli waiting for me, not long now.
I'm in. Struggling with "autumn feed syndrome " so need today to be a good one.

Stay strong guys x
I' m in too
My tum's looking forward to the rest and my body to the repair!
Good luck fellow fasters! X
I'm in. Just managing to post as the interwebs have been connected. Yay! All flitted, unpacked, connected. Just pictures to hang.
Flitting fast ended up being a good 23:1, just ate more than the 500 cals, maybe. No real idea how much is in pasta and pesto, but it was all we had and was delicious.
Back to poached eggs tonight.m
Have a good fast everyone.
