Good morning fellow fasters. I'm in today.
I may or may not be in (yes, setting myself up to have an excuse  ) I've got a cold and feeling all blah and sorry for myself. So I'm skipping breakfast, and will see how I feel at lunch time. Either lunch, and dinner, or skip lunch too and just do dinner. Lets see if tea manages to keep me happy.
Hi, @Sallyo!

Good to see you posting on yet another Thursday-in-Oz.

I just had my last bite of a delicious junky treat, and it is no more food for me until tomorrow night at 6PM.
@KataMacMe too, I think, I hope, I'm a bit like you, feeling dodgy. Just dropped my little dog in for his knee surgery and I'm nervous  poor Danny, such a sickly dog. So my routine is out. But consumed way too many calories last night at friends house, so need to do it, even if I go a bit over. Best of luck everyone.
Just saying: I sat at the table while OH and friend ate toast and scrambled eggs and toast and marmalade. I didn't flinch.
Good morning all. I'm fasting today and I am going to join @Sallyo, in her "I didn't flinch" stance.
Be brave fasters!
@Sallyo good on you.
I'm in, weathers still gloomy here so might not chance a walk today but I'm off to the hairdresser so that's always nice.
@Julianna I thought you fasted yesterday, back to back then? Not sure I could do it.
Haha @Sallyo well done!
@GMH it's hard to fast when you're worried let alone feeling a bit dodgy. Hope Danny's knee op goes well.

A friend just dropped off a box of chocolates for me. Strangely enough, it's strengthening my resolve to fast today, because if I don't, I might accidentally wind up eating all the chocolates before anyone else gets home :D
I'm in with you all! Currently interstate for meetings - somehow I got lumped being minutes secretary for two days of discussions, and working my little fingers to the bone trying to make my bad typing keep up! And I'm starting to feel a bit sniffly - I'm sure airplanes have something to say when picking up colds...hoping fasting might help head off a full-blown cold. Might go for a walk at lunchtime rather than head off for a big lunch like yesterday. Staying with my folks while I'm here, so dinner will be whatever it will be, and I'll just keep my fingers crossed that it'll all come somewhere close to target!

Enough ranting from me, morning tea's about over...time to stop typing and start typing again!

May the fast be with you all!
@KataMac Danny operation went well, so no more worrying and more fasting. Hey day is half over anyway.
Ramen to that @Peonyblue!
I am in today, I am actually doing a back to back like @Sue.Q when she appears.
I wouldn't normally but I am trying to get back into it and reduce my appetite somewhat. I may go over 500 cals as I have already had a bullet proof coffee, but that is ok.
Good luck all!
Debs
1:30 and I'm still on tea only. Dinner is now close enough to look forward to, so I think I can do it. Lemon grilled chicken and salad.
Did you get your walk in @Wineoclock? Re back to back. Hubs wants to try 4:3 as were not losing weight and its against my ' weyhey' religion to fast between Friday night and Sunday night hence my Monday Wednesday Thursday attempt this week. I wasn't to keen but as he pointed out well probably only do it 50% of the time ( next Monday first day of spring is our 24 the anniversary so we will manage a 5:2 that week ) any way I'm happy to try as he said it will only work if we do it together and my lowest weight was 12 weeks at and I'm 1.5 KGS more than that now! It all about tweaking. Sweet that you noticed. This forums fab. Knowing @Sue.Q and @Debs are doing it too helps a lot. Just got back from a long beautiful but sad funeral that was such a celebration of my SIL's Mums life that I'm already in my PJs with a headache from trying not to sob out loud for so long. I did in the car though!
Xxx
