Fasted yesterday too, I've done 2 days in a row the last few weeks, I actually think I find it easier! And from previous experience I find I have a bigger loss when I do two days in a row.
I've been very naughty on my feed days so not seeing much change in the scales, but I think I'm going to try to do 16:8 on feed days from now on, to make it so I can worry less when I'm not fasting.
Got a wedding in August that I am aiming for, but it's not looking like I'll be at goal before then at this rate! Onwards and upwards though. I am happy with slower weightloss and confident it means that there's more chance of it lasting.
