I'm in although i'm off work this week so i'm hoping to distract myself today.
Going for a bubble bath and then i am sorting my wardrobe out i still have winter clothes hanging and nowhere for my summer stuff  that said it's cool and gloomy here so maybe winter is the way to go
@Sassy thats frustrating losing yr history here. Hope it can be fixed x
@Lizbean like yr new avatar!
Hope everyone is hanging on in! I' m feeling nauseous but its not fast related as ive felt this way all week! probably just overindulgence since the last fast
Today will sort it out  xx
I ate too many sesame wheat biscuits while I was preparing the minestrone soup. Good soup. On Thursdays, when I get home late from work, I should have dinner ready in advance so that I can just serve up as soon as I step through the door. It's just too hard to prepare dinner when I'm so hungry. Did a bit of a walk, but not 10,000 steps by any means. Never mind. My pedometer will arrive in the post next week and it'll be easier then. Weather, cold, possibly frosty over night.
Very busy in here on a Thursday. I am usually a Wed faster but had to move it to today. I am stuck at the same weight for the past 6 weeks. Going to try a liquid fast again and maybe 4:3 this week. As I have posted before, I am NOT ready for maintenance yet.
Good luck everyone :clover: :like:
Hi Fasters,

Fasting today.. Just had Lunch at 14:00pm BST

I went to the gym on Tuesday during a fastday and felt fine so I am going to attempt the same today. I am coming down with a cold so I need to sweat it out.

Happy Fasting :)
Was fasting today and we've been out all day having returned hubby just accepted telephone invite for a pub meal tonight luckily I'd done back2back Mon/Tues so today will end up 20:4 with hopefully not to much damage done before tomorrow's weigh in. :clover: :clover:
Clock watching here and wondering how early I can have my meal? I already had decent soup at 2 pm prob not the lowest calorie one but nice. Nothing else today so far save for milkless teas and a Bovril drink. I seem to need something c midday and the bovril seems to bridge the gap. I still need a snack going to bed to help sleep. (yogurt/granola)

Might do a stirfry with some of those diet noodles which I have not tried yet. Half a bag portion is 6 calories and they are gluten free. Time to do bit of ironing!
Aaaaargh i'm hungry  only had 135 cals so far but i'm trying to last another hour before my main meal :frown:
Note to self: Do not research restaurants for upcoming visit to beach on a fast day.

Now all I can think of is lobster. . .
Darn! Had to eat my dinner earlier than usual cos I was flippin' starving... OK, I was really hungry!! It was eat early or eat nuts and I can't believe I went for the first option, passing up nuts is like passing up free cash for me

Keep going everyone else :clover:
Ooh, I'm proper hungry right now....and running late with sorting the kids' tea.

Have drunk loads today...but really need something a bit more substantial now. Still, when you get as far as 6.24pm on a fast day, at least you know you've broken the back of it...& that tomorrow is another less restrictive day, hurrah!

Well done all xx

I'm "in" today, still early (not quite 11am) here in western US. Starting to be second nature to fast; the first few weeks, I put a sticky note on the bathroom mirror  to make sure I didn't space out and eat something! But now, just feels right! Monday was a holiday but I don't want to vary my fast days unless something really special is going on; did a bunch of running around with my son (adult), and y'know, it was really easier. (I normally work from home; it's nice to have access to whatever I want, food-wise, but it also means I am surrounded by food all day. But, I don't have to deal with coworkers bringing goodies either...) I was a little nervous going "out into the world" with no food and afraid I might....cheat...but it was fine! Gaining confidence...thanks, everyone, for your support, even your challenges...
Thank you, I love yours too @CandiceMarie my new avatar is from trip across the waters.

At this point in time, it is all about me. I changed my A as I'm slightly wobbled that my work/personal life might catch me up - it is my life and a little management goes a long way.
