I have the same issue @niamo

Also means I can go for lunch and no one is looking at me as to why I am not eating - low cal bread like nimble is great for this I can have a 150 cal sandwich and it looks like I am eating a lot more.
Hi @niamo - I'm often in the same boat as you - usually at work it's the fuzzy head that has me searching for food much more than the feeling of hunger. Often I fall back to a boiled egg or small can of tuna for lunch on a fast day. Given a choice I'd probably eat most of my allotment for breakfast, but eating is such a social thing too, so instead I often skip breakfast and have a small snack for lunch an a decent dinner so I can share the occasion with others.
