@Sallyo, don't be too hard on yourself...I've been keeping a journal, in addition to posting here, keeping track of what works and what doesn't. Have made plenty of mistakes; expect to make a few more!

Not quite 2:30pm here; up for my veggie broth soon.
Hello everyone, I too had a tiny blip , but it's gone now - hurray

@Sallyo good luck to the Greens! Mouth shut now

I have the same issue @niamo
niamo wrote: Just wondering for people who work, I find 1 meal a day really hard - I find it impossible to concentrate in work (I need to use my brain in work - IT nerd!) so since I started having lunch and dinner I have found fasting much easier.
Also means I can go for lunch and no one is looking at me as to why I am not eating - low cal bread like nimble is great for this I can have a 150 cal sandwich and it looks like I am eating a lot more.

Hi @niamo - I'm often in the same boat as you - usually at work it's the fuzzy head that has me searching for food much more than the feeling of hunger. Often I fall back to a boiled egg or small can of tuna for lunch on a fast day. Given a choice I'd probably eat most of my allotment for breakfast, but eating is such a social thing too, so instead I often skip breakfast and have a small snack for lunch an a decent dinner so I can share the occasion with others.
