I'm in today too. Can I shift the last pound for the Easter Challenge. Maybe maybe not but who cares as i'm already 9lbs lighter than I was back in Mid Feb.
Feel so much better excercise most days and feel great.
Today is my last fast untill tuesday not doing my usual Monday fast due to Easter so will be joining all you tuesday fasters for a change.
Happy Easter everyone wonder what we will all have achieved by next Easter :lol:

Hello everyone, I'm fasting today too. Not had computer access for some time but have been fasting regularly still. I have missed being on the forum and checking in with you all. Not lost anymore weight though, just maintaining really. :frown:

Good to have you back Judio! We Tassie gals have to stick together. I havent' lost any weight either.

Hey bean, back into the melee, not much time to think too much which is prbably just as well really!!
I'm in today, 2nd (and a half ) of the week. It's after lunch time now and tummy is grumbling. These antisocial hours can kind of throw me. I'll get through until this evening , have my poached eggs and something and that'll be another over.
I'm in too.Was doing really well on a fast yesterday until I delved into picking at my OH's chip shop chips with curry sauce. Then i had a cadbury caramel egg so ended up more of a half fast of about 800 cals. In today and funnily I'm feeling quite bloated after last night even though I reallly didn't eat that much. Anyway, omlette for dinner at 430pm before gym. Then 2 squares of dark chocolate with tea before bed.I usually fast friday's but I have fancy dinner with wine tomorrow so no point
If it's Thursday I must be fasting! Lost track of all time this week for some reason...it feels like it's a Saturday! Black coffee so far today so I am 'in'! Good luck everyone.
I'm in today. I had a try at fasting on Monday, but was knobbled by nasty carb cravings and ended up adding 500kcals of Christmas pudding and cream to my allowance. Still it was a low calorie day overall. So today is my second attempted fast after my surgery, I'm still listening to my body as to its needs. I went nuts for milk and meat post op which was logical but I've also stuffed myself with carbs which has brought on nasty hot flushes, so I'm also low carbing again from now on.
In today for my usual Thursday fast. Tomorrow's my final Easter Challenge weigh in so although I don't think I'll reach target (having yo-yo-d up a couple of pounds last week) I guess you never know. :confused:

Feeling good though, ran 5k on the treadmill in under 30 mins on Monday, went shopping at Boden online and clothes delivered yesterday, everything in size 14 and fitting perfectly, even the slim fit chinos - can't remember that ever happening before. Yee haa! :grin:

Am in today! Coffee and grapefruit so far - I have leftover pasta, spinach and sardines from last night that I really want to have for dinner, not sure if it's over 500 or not but I'm just going to eat nothing else today and hope for the best.
I'm in today. It's going to be a struggle as I am hosting an easter themed tea party in association with Waitrose, for my blog, so I've had to militantly work out what I can and can't have.

Turns out, not a lot. Oh well.
I'm going to try. I'm on vacation this week and I didn't end up making it through my fast day on Monday. Today I'm going to have my usual high protein breakfast and then going to try to fast all day, but then I have plans for dinner. I'll try to get something reasonable. Worse case, I just start fresh again on Monday!
