I am in today. I seemed to have stopped being wobbly with this whole fasting thing (at least for now). I still can't do strict 500 calorie fasts and don' t plan on doing that. I find that limiting myself to such few calories leaves me so hungry that I tend to go crazy with snacking after my dinner and I end up going way over 500 cals. I have been experimenting and I am doing one-600-700 calorie fast and one-1000 calorie fast a week in addition to counting my calories and avoiding sweets on my normal days. Of course I am exercising at least 2-3 times a week as well. It seems to be working as I am losing weight again as well as inches. Hooray! Good luck to everyone today. I'm doing well. Only had half a Quest bar and should be good until dinner.
I'm in today, just 3pm here and have had coffee, 2 pots of green tea, and a clear fiber. Broth later, then a snack before going out with my son on an after work walk around a local lake (Green Lake for those who know the area), dinner 9pm or later. Had to go to the Olympia office yesterday, very tired when I got back but slept well, so it's good. Oh, went to lunch with a friend yesterday, local Italian: butternut squash ravioli--brought half home and had for dinner.
