Good luck to all. Happy St. Patties Day! My green today will be that yummy salad
stephd wrote: Hello, @skinnyjeans I also failed my fast yesterday. My stomach was upset and fasting was just making it worse so I ate and then I ate some more. I went overboard and threw my "no junk food" resolution out the window but the nausea did go away. I didn't step on the scales this morning, too worried about what they will say. Today I will be busy until 4 or 5 and have packed a boiled egg and an orange for after my doctor's appointment. I'm hoping to visit a friend as well but that depends on how long the appointment will run. That will get me through till a late supper of beef stew and salad.

Hope you are feeling better @stephd, so far so good, big bowl of home made chicken and veg soup shortly and that's it, I think I went off track yesterday evening when I opened the fridge and spied the remaining half bottle of Chablis from Sunday evening DEFINITELY no wine in the fridge today
Was even considering talking myself out of fasting today also, but somehow I didn't get the urge to eat until about 6pm today. Once I get as far as that, there is no way I will sabotage it.
Big shout out to @philxjr - good to see you back! I am a returner also - this is week 3 of my return! Wishing you success this time around & hope your knee makes a swift recovery.
@Kirchren I hope all went well for you today, how did you do?
Wishing our remaining fasters well
