I'm in on my second of three. On the home straight now.
Hope everyone has a good one and a special encouragement to @philxjr Good to see you back :like: :clover:
I am in today. Struggling at 10:30am, but am determined to make it. Sipping on some 10 calorie broth right now.

Hello, @skinnyjeans I also failed my fast yesterday. My stomach was upset and fasting was just making it worse so I ate and then I ate some more. I went overboard and threw my "no junk food" resolution out the window but the nausea did go away. I didn't step on the scales this morning, too worried about what they will say. Today I will be busy until 4 or 5 and have packed a boiled egg and an orange for after my doctor's appointment. I'm hoping to visit a friend as well but that depends on how long the appointment will run. That will get me through till a late supper of beef stew and salad.
Good luck to all. Happy St. Patties Day! My green today will be that yummy salad

Hope you are feeling better @stephd, so far so good, big bowl of home made chicken and veg soup shortly and that's it, I think I went off track yesterday evening when I opened the fridge and spied the remaining half bottle of Chablis from Sunday evening  DEFINITELY no wine in the fridge today :like:
I've been fasting with you all today. Don't often do a Tuesday, but was keen to hoover up some Mothers Day leftovers yesterday, so decided not to do Monday. Unfortunately, I was outrageous yesterday in my consumption - linked to a low mood, I guess.

Was even considering talking myself out of fasting today also, but somehow I didn't get the urge to eat until about 6pm today. Once I get as far as that, there is no way I will sabotage it.

Big shout out to @philxjr - good to see you back! I am a returner also - this is week 3 of my return! Wishing you success this time around & hope your knee makes a swift recovery.
A successful fast today! I always end up eating the strangest combination of foods but second day of a 2 day consecutive fast over! Looking forward to breakfast tomorrow- I always feel a bit overwhelmed at the choice of food if im honest! Keep strong everyone x
Late in announcing, yep I was in and now off to bed.
@Kirchren I hope all went well for you today, how did you do?
Wishing our remaining fasters well :clover: :victory:
