Hi Corinthium - hope you're OK and things calm down soon

I'm in today - started fasting yesterday but ended up going out for lunch, so its groundhog day. Planning a smoked salmon omelette for tonight, with peppers and tomatoes. Lots of black tea is keeping me going
I'm the same, started yesterday but stopped. For some reason it made me feel really ill yesterday so I'm on it today instead.

2 cups of tea so far with some milk but no sugar so around 30 cals, and then 90 cals on some soup for lunch. Not decided on supper yet!
Got my first walk in on the treadmill today. To get my 10K steps in, it looks like I'll have to take three walks on my hamster wheel -- it's much too cold to walk outside!

Having a nice cup of coffee and a big glass of water, and looking forward to skyping with a good friend in an hour
ugg! still at work while Beloved footers about and I really want to go home and get fed!
There'll be nae fighting with madmax tonight. As I thought- self fulfilling prophecy?
Fasting today too, but it's hard going at the moment.....must be the fog!
It's cold and grim, which isn't helping. You're all doing fabulously!
Seems like really hard work today, can't believe that its only 2:40. Think I will get a fruit tea, trouble is I will have to be so strong willed when I go and make it not to eat while I'm in the kitchen.
I'm in today. Making it Tue/Thur this week. Snowy here in NY, so I'll be hunkered down in my warmest comfy clothes (working from home). Liquids until dinner time.
Oh I'm jealous you have snow! We just have bitter cold in Saratoga Springs, and I can see the grass in my front yard :-(

Very cold, even inside the house. I may go make some bouillon to warm up. Then more laundry.
The sun finally broke through the fog so I rang a friend and we went for a walk, it felt very Springlike for January. I've kept very busy today and it hasn't been that hard but this last 90 minutes till dinner time always drags :frown:
I'm in for the day too. Having coffee with some milk this morning and a cube of chicken broth around 11 am. Plan to have 100 calories in almonds for a snack this afternoon and 360 calories of sausages for dinner. Realized that if I want to hit my goal weight by my 40th birthday (in May) I have to actually lose 2 pounds per week. That might be too optimistic but I'm going to try for it :)
Its worth fasting all day for the utter joy of the first mouthful ! Its been quite easy today, but stuck in doors, so found it a bit boring.
I had a good fast day, with just a small portion of home-made tomato and vegetable soup until my dinner of quorn bolognese and slim pasta. Plenty of calories for a Muller light and a cup of Options at bedtime.
Good luck to those still fasting today :clover:
it's 4:25 (16:25) here and I'm in the hungry, grumpy hour of the fast. Good thing is dinner's already made and the pot just needs to go on the stove for a quick reheat while the bread goes in the oven for a quick warmup. I'm having a cup of chicken broth to tide me over. I have been feeding the Fitbit today but I don't quite have all of my steps in due to technical difficulties with the treadmill. Hoping hubby will sort it out tonight :-)

So the menu is lentil veggie soup with a whole wheat/wholemeal roll and a small pat of goat cheese. I have a (very) small handful of cocoa dusted almonds for a bedtime snack :-)
20 minutes to go before its Wednesday, so I better log in for Tuesdays fast. My first liquid fast since before Christmas, spoilt by one slice of pepperoni and a teaspoon of grated cheese. I was very good. I am looking forward to tomorrow as I have some mixed beans soaking in a pan and plan of having them with a tomato and chilli sauce of some kind with salad for lunch.
